The Honey Baked Ham Company

This location is great - I have been going here for many years. Even during one of the busiest days of the year (the day before Christmas) when I expected a long wait, the staff were working hard to serve people quickly and efficiently. The customer just ahead of me was very rude and disrespectful and tried to complain about being in line for over a half hour, when he had walked in at the same time as me and we were in line for less than 10 minutes. The staff and later the owner still gave him excellent customer service and tried to resolve his (false) complaint. They are always so friendly and hospitable. Today, as usual, all of my guests raved about how good the ham was. We have also purchased side dishes in the past which were delicious as well. I will be returning to this location each year for our Christmas meal!

A traditional holiday spot for the classic honey glazed spiral cut ham your grandma swore by. Always delicious if not overly priced. That said, one can buy the same ham at Costco for half the price. Don’t get me wrong, I chose it and it’s always good but, the price v value isn’t there.

Worse honey baked ham I’ve ever had! Paid $100.00 for it. It was hard, salty and dried out. So much hard glaze had to chip it off! Called to speak to management and let him know how bad this ham was and he stated “ Congratulations you got one of the best glazed hams” REALLY!!! Will never buy again from the location. I have never had a honey baked home that looked like this or tasted like this. Wasted $100.00 on this ham! Never again 🤬🤬🤬

I have been buying Honeybaked hams for many years. Have been very satisfied. However, since in recent years I am not permitted to look at the ham before purchasing, I will not buy another one.The ham I purchased for Thanksgiving was awful! Mostly fat and couldn’t serve nice slices. After spending $126, I will not purchase another one until I am permitted to look at it first.

Not crowded a couple days before Thanksgiving. The young man who waited on me was cordial but a little slow. Purchase a turkey breast for a little over $50. Considered adding a ham but the smallest he could find was also over $50. Taking into account the bone I couldn't imagine there being more than a couple pounds of meat. At around $25 per pound that's too much. I passed. Also, if you are using gift cards from COSTCO you cannot use coupons.
